thank you for a real good stay. knowledgeable staff, they know their business. it offers excellent service. as i see, free wi-fi throughout the property worked really quickly. location is amazing and magnificent, as close to the center as i thought. it's near bars / night clubs, harbour bridge and opera house, and circular quay n cbd.

The Formule 1 is centrally located, and though the facilities and furnishings are fairly basic it still offers very good value.

The insulation between rooms was insubstantial resulting in the intrusion of noise to adjoining rooms.

The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Convenient location and friendly staff

I really appreciated the ultra-convenient location just a short walk from the train station and various eateries. The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable, perfect for a relaxed stay. Plus. I wish there was better storage space in the room for longer stays.

The location is perfect if travelers wish to be near the city center. But, as said, this is a budget/backpacker class hotel, so comfort is minimal.

1) The shower has no tray. You wet the whole bathroom floor after shower. 2) In saving energy, the room has only one single ceiling light. Very hard to do any reading task at night.

the hotel was perfect little and clean. the location was incredible - near restaurants and cafes. walking distance to a supermarket and the main shopping centre across the street.

Great location near King Cross station. Friendly staff made check-in easy. My room was clean with a comfy bed and a nice view. Wi-Fi was reliable. Perfect for a budget-friendly stay 🌆

shower is not sectioned off in the bathroom so the entire room gets wet. rooms are very old and needs a LOT of work. only has bed, table and chair. no closet, no beside table. very very basic. you get what you pay for.

Healthy food quality.

The Ibis Budget offered a convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff was friendly and accommodating with my late check-in request. My room was clean and provided a comfortable bed for restful nights.

Noise from the corridor was disruptive during the night.

I will appreciate the help of staff especially Daniel. They helped me whenever I approached them. Room was simple but big enough. Even toilet was big which i like most.

I personally believe during weekended the hotel is used by couple interested in having some fun. Lots of youngsters were there moving around wearing only undergarments which do not look descent. I feel during weekended families may avoid the hotel but weekdays is ok.
